2.2 Indian weavers

-Sarojini Naidu (1879 to 1949)
The sarojini naidu was a political activist, feminist and the first Indian woman who become are the his president of the National Congress. She was an important figure in Indian's struggle for Independence. Sorojini Naidu's the work as a poet earned her the sabriquet of nightingale of Indian. The later she become is the governor of the United Provinces in 1947 becoming the first woman to hold the offici of the Governor in Independent to be Indian.
               ‘Indian Weavers’ is a short poem where the poet tallks about three type of garment that the weavers weave at three particular times of a day. Each stanza of the poem represent three important events of the human life.
